MEET THE TEAM
Glenn Bulanek has over 30 years of rail industry experience. He earned his Bachelor's in Business Administration from the American Intercontinental University. His career began as a railroad clerk at Southern Pacific Railroad in 1989. Three years later he became yardmaster. In 1998, he transitioned to MTO in Spring, Texas. From 2008 to 2012 he held the position of Senior Corridor Manager, spending 2 years in the same position in Omaha, NE. From 2012 until his retirement with UP, he was the Senior MTO in southeast Texas. He was responsible for overseeing the safety plan, budget, operations plan, and maintenance plan for the area, as well as managing over 500 employees.
Dan Rawls is a 10+ year veteran with vast rail experience. He spent 5 years with BNSF as a locomotive engineer. He has served as director of logistics, yardmaster, designated supervisor of locomotive engineers (DSLE), train master, and conductor. He is experienced in the development and implementation of FRA qualifications, testing, and compliance for locomotive engineers.
VP of Finance
Thonda Harvey has over 17 years of progressive leadership experience. She earned her Masters of Business Administration from Lamar University in Beaumont, Texas and her Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies from Stephen F. Austin State University. In 2003, she began her career in industrial construction, negotiating and managing contracts. After serving in the construction industry, she held the position of Manager of Administration with a crude transloading terminal in Port Arthur, Texas, gaining valuable knowledge and experience with the railroad, transloading, and petro-chemical industries. She served as Director of Finance at LaPoint Railcar Cleaning and Storage and has extensive experience in leadership, financial forecasting and reporting, contracts, cost control, and billing.
